Returns & Exchanges

At Funky Dunky Store, we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with all funky tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
